May 2026 Comes to a Close

Well May 2026 was certainly an eventful month. We were happy to welcome in new clients in Trusts and Estate Planning, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Probate, and Mediation matters.

Without our clients and their referrals we would not have been able to cap May off with our Big News - we've moved into a much bigger and more permanent space at 1338 West Forest Meadows Street, Suite 130, Flagstaff, AZ. With substantial free parking (no paying or parallel parking around here), a level lot, and a large first floor space we can welcome clients into our waiting and conference rooms, have plenty of room for staff and interns, and accommodate mediations in house.

We're also gearing up for the Arizona State Bar Convention in late June, 2026 where Attorney and Mediator Brent D. Harris will be presenting on using Remote Technologies to facilitate mediations in Rural Communities such as Northern Arizona, which the Highlands Law Group is proud to serve. We'll post the powerpoint on this site once we've wrapped up the convention. We look forward to meeting many of our colleagues in the ADR and Legal realms and catching up with some old friends. https://www.azbar.org/convention
